Kollecter is an Australian business and reserves all rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind
Kollecter offers a 48-hour return policy for change of mind. The 48 hours will begin from the date the goods are received.
Refunds for change of mind will be issued as in-store credit to the original purchaser only, and proof of purchase is required. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returned goods must be unworn, unopened, unused, and in their original condition. For items such as sealed trading card game products, trading card game accessories and blind boxes, the original shrink wrap must be intact and unopened.
Please Note: Any sealed trading card game products, blindboxes and trading card game accessories (including but not limited to booster packs, booster boxes, ETBs, tins, or sealed Japanese or English TCG products) are final sale items and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds due to the collectible and randomised nature of these products.
Change-of-mind credits are only available for goods purchased directly through our website or in-store. Credits are not available for purchases made through third-party websites.
If the above conditions are not met, Kollecter reserves all rights under Australian Consumer Law to refuse refunds or credit vouchers for change of mind.
Warranty Returns
If you receive an item that is faulty, not fit for its intended purpose, or does not match its sale description, you may be eligible for a refund (excluding postage costs).
Faulty items will be assessed by the manufacturer, and refunds will only be processed upon manufacturer approval.
Kollecter reserves the right to refuse refunds or in-store credits if the fault is found to be the result of misuse, neglect, or damage caused after purchase.
All return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
