1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
Please note that during high-volume periods (such as new releases, product drops, or sales events), processing times may take slightly longer.
Pre-ordered items will be dispatched once stock arrives and the embargo is lifted. Estimated release or arrival dates are subject to change based on supplier or manufacturer delays.
2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We currently ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and Aramex for bulkier items.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

3. International Shipping
Kollecter does not ship internationally.
We are not responsible for customs delays or refusal of entry for restricted goods in your country.
4. Tracking and Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 - 72 hours for tracking information to become available after your order is dispatched.
If you have not received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation (domestic orders), please contact us at info@kollecter.com.au with your name and order number.
5. Shipping Delays and Pre-Orders
While we do our best to ensure prompt dispatch, we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays, customs clearance times, or unforeseen weather or network disruptions.
Pre-ordered items are shipped once the stock arrives at our warehouse. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we may ship them together once all items are available unless otherwise arranged.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Kollecter is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once they are in the possession of the carrier.
If you believe your order is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly and notify us at info@kollecter.com.au so we can assist with a claim.
If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, we are unable to refund or resend the order once it has been dispatched.
7. Local Pickup (Perth)
Local pickup is available at our Perth store locations.
You will receive a notification via email when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when collecting your order.
Uncollected orders that remain unclaimed after 30 days may be returned to stock and refunded at our discretion.
