1. Overview
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or pre-order.
This policy explains how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases, along with the general cancellation conditions that apply to all Kollecter orders.
By placing an order through www.kollecter.com.au, you agree to this policy and to our Terms of Service and Returns & Refunds Policy.
2. Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and charged automatically for each delivery unless you choose to prepay.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. You may cancel at any time prior to renewal if you do not wish to continue.

You can cancel or change your subscription at any time through your account page, which contains a link to manage your subscription.

Cancellations made before the next billing date will stop future charges.

If a renewal has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for a return as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
3. Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet in stock but is scheduled for future release.

We may collect either no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment at checkout.

Your payment method may be securely stored, allowing the remaining balance to be charged automatically when the stock arrives and the order is ready to ship.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a refund or return under our standard Returns & Refunds Policy.

Pre-order release dates are estimates only and may change without notice. We will communicate any significant delays or supplier cancellations as soon as possible.
4. Exclusive Drops, Memberships & Limited Releases
Purchases made through Kollecter Klub Drops, Wonder Pick, Random Wheel, Klub Slots, or other limited, event-based, or membership-exclusive promotions are considered final sale once confirmed.
These items are not eligible for cancellation or refund, except in cases where required by Australian Consumer Law (e.g., if the item is faulty, damaged, or misdescribed).
5. Sealed & Trading Card Game Products
Due to the collectible and randomised nature of sealed trading card game products (including booster packs, boxes, ETBs, tins, or sealed Japanese/English products), all sales are final.
Any TCG accessories are also all final sales.
These items cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded once the order has been placed, except in cases covered by Australian Consumer Law.
6. Order Modification or Cancellation Requests
If you wish to cancel or modify a standard order (excluding pre-orders and subscriptions), please contact us at info@kollecter.com.au within two hours of placing the order.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Where cancellation is approved before dispatch, a store credit may be issued at Kollecter’s discretion.
7. Refunds and Store Credits
Refunds or credits for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method or as in-store credit.
Transaction fees and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Store credits do not expire and can be used on future purchases at www.kollecter.com.au.
8. Returns and Consumer Rights
All cancellations and refund requests are subject to the Australian Consumer Law.
