1. Overview

Kollecter is an Australian business and reserves all rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and warranty claims are accepted.


2. Change of Mind Returns

Kollecter offers a 7-day return policy for a change of mind.
The 7 days begin from the date the goods are received.

Refunds for change of mind will be issued as in-store credit to the original purchaser only, and proof of purchase must be provided.


All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returned goods must be:

  • Unworn, unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • For computer games, trading card game accessories or sealed trading card products, the original shrink wrap must be intact and unopened.

  • No returns can be made on trading card game products (including sealed boosters, boxes, tins, ETBs, or any Japanese/English sealed TCG items).

Change-of-mind credits are available only for purchases made directly through our website or in-store.


Credits are not available for purchases made via third-party websites or marketplaces.

If any of the above requirements are not met, Kollecter reserves all rights under Australian Consumer Law to refuse refunds or in-store credits for change-of-mind returns.


3. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstance, except where required by law:

  • All sealed trading card game products (booster packs, boxes, tins, ETBs, Japanese/English sealed TCG items).

  • All trading card game accessories products.

  • Exclusive, mystery, or limited-release products, including Kollecter Klub Drops, Wonder Pick, Random Wheel, and Klub Slots events.


4. Warranty Returns

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not fit for its intended purpose, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

  • Faulty items will be sent to the manufacturer for assessment.

  • Refunds or replacements will be issued only upon approval from the manufacturer.

  • Kollecter reserves the right to refuse refunds or credits if the issue is caused by misuse, neglect, or damage that occurs after purchase.

Refunds do not include postage costs unless the item is proven faulty or misdescribed.

All return shipping is the purchaser’s responsibility.


5. Pre-Order Limits / Order Limit Breaches

To ensure fairness and availability across customers and Kollecter Klub Members, certain products may have purchase or pre-order limits.

If you breach an order limit, all your orders may be cancelled, and you will be charged a 15% cancellation/restocking fee. This will be 15% of the total cost of the products involved only. 
This fee also applies to any unauthorised bulk or duplicate orders placed in violation of product restrictions.


6. Return Shipping and Processing

All item returns are the purchaser’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of untracked parcels.

Once your returned goods have been received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued as store credit only (no cash refunds).

  • Restocking or cancellation fees may apply as outlined above.


7. Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
If the goods fail to be of acceptable quality but the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.
